七日瘦身食谱之后,同事们最近流行西柚减肥法。八卦看了看食谱,发现可以吃鱼,肉,甚至是乳酪。还真是个可饱肚的减肥餐呀。要不要,想不想,试一试啊?P同事问。Huh? 不用了,我比较喜欢美食。谢谢你的邀请。我答。

7 Days Grapefruit Meal Plan (转载自P同事)

Day 1

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute +1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
Mix salad (lean meat or beef or ham or chicken or fish + tomato) + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
2 eggs (boiled) + tomato & lettuce salad + 1 toast + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Day 2


Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute + 1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
Any amount of fruit salad (no banana) + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
Fish or seafood (boiled or steam) + vegetables (include green pepper & tomato or broccoli or celery or cucumber) + 1 guava + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Day 3


Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute +1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
Tuna salad (can add vinegar or lemon juice) + grapefruit or melon + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
Lean meat + vegetables (include green pepper and tomato or broccoli or celery or cucumber) + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Day 4

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute +1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
2 eggs + tomato + 1 toast + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
Chicken (grilled or broiled without skin) + spinach or green pepper + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Day 5

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute +1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
2 cheese + vegetable + 1 toast + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
Broiled fish + vegetables (include green pepper and tomato or broccoli or celery or cucumber) + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Day 6


Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute +1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
Fruit salad + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
Broiled chicken without skin + tomato and lettuce salad + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Day 7


Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sugar substitute +1 whole meal bread + ½ grapefruit

Lunch:
Cold or hot chicken + tomato & lettuce salad + grapefruit or melon + coffee or tea with sugar substitute

Dinner:
Lean beef or pork + vegetable (include green pepper and tomato or broccoli or celery or cucumber) + coffee or tea with sugar substitute
