虾米豆苗
蒜头洗净,拍扁切碎;虾米,洗净沥干;豆苗去掉老叶,洗净沥干。油锅起热,爆香拍扁切碎的蒜头和虾米。然后,倒入豆苗,猛火炒。放点盐,再猛火炒豆苗至软身,上碟。
