These green little cabbages like vegetables which lying on the ground at the market place waiting for my attention is called Brussels Sprout. There are around 20-30 grows on the stem of a plant and only in season from autumn to winter every year.

According to the Wikipedia, Brussels Sprout ranked as Britain's most hated vegetable in year 2002 and Britain’s No. 5 favourite vegetable in year 2005.
They are yummy and tastes almost like cabbage. Why a lot of people don’t like them? I asked my colleagues about this and they said it is because of its unpleasant smell and the bitterness.
I like Brussels Sprout and I’m going to take them home for dinner tonight.
