This event is for all the new starters with the Company, provided an opportunity to understand more about the Company, its business and customers as well as to meet up with the colleagues working at Head Office.
These 2 days Induction Training included various aspects of the Company including the Company History and Philosophy, Personnel and Training, Customer Care, Information Technology, Payroll, Contract Management, Healthy Safety and Environment, Construction Services and the Future of the Company.
Cynthia and Roy were our facilitators and the new starters involved in the Induction were Peter Barrall, Andrew Rigg, Roy Jones, John Cochrane, Vic Shirley, Keven Sheridan, Deborah Dryden, Ian Price, Sue Wiggin and I.
Besides the training, Company also provided accommodation for 1 night stay in Hilton Watford. I have great time in training as well as in the hotel. Nice meal (dinner & breakfast) and nice room for each of us. I enjoyed myself during these 2 days.
